Referrals is very tough. The insight which we got was that if we were able to meet the owner We were able to convert them very easily but if there was a manager it was very tough to convert. Also yes the main USP we are selling on is service as they can get the product for a cheap price in the market but business owner are willing to pay extra for a bit better quality And good service.
