I have started my startup of selling home vare products like dish wash, hand wash, toilet cleaner, etc to only hotels and restaurants. Specific to this niche The requirement for the product is very high and customer retention cost is very low. Also the margin in products like these is Very high. I have currently pitched around 50+ restaurents and hotels and have Converted around 13 out of them. Out of which 7 customers giving repeat orders every month. Starting it small just to validate the idea that this audience is not touched very Well By sales people and companies. What do you think what can we do to increase our no. Of customers?
