Learn from the case studies of offline sales giants, setup offline distribution network. Simple concept- Once your product reach one home if they liked then they will come back if it's reasonable. Also make it available online in competitive price, so people can atleast give a try. Good packaging. Good retailer/wholesaler margin. Good marketing. Will create business for you. Tip- mention some unique recipe back of the packet for more attraction.
