Control on price with this model is not workable that is what I was talking about either you have to work on FoCo model with these stores or you just have to sell into your packaging (it's a big game I would suggest dont go into it). Dont open shops in every panchayat, Understand the psychology of buyers from panchayat they want to come the city not only for purchasing but some outing, enjoying, other purchasing also. Open one shop around the 10-15 panchayat would be the best for to lower your cost, fast rolling in stocks, not managing every shop, serve better price to them.
