Hey I am on Medial • 1y

First why do i want to do this. In andhra pradesh, every year around the time of ugadhi people shop for all the cereals sufficient for the next one year. And they go to the whole sale shop which sells these. And all the people from around the panchayats will come to that shop to buy. And people go to dmart coz everything is available at better prices. And it is able to do that coz it has a huge network of shops where they can directly ask factories to give them at state distributor level prices. Now we can do the same where we will distribute to all our collaborating general stores and offer to the end customer at competitive prices. Now why do i want to collab. Coz u cant get Goods for good prices to offer better prices to end consumer. So if we have a network of 10 big shops. We will be catering for them. But the challenge is we shud be able to have control over the prices at which these shops sell
