Hey ,I'm farmer from Maharashtra....I have an idea of selling unpolished dals, lentils, cereals in affordable price direct to customer online ..we will not trading dals , cereals..we will harvest all dals , cereals in our farm on large area... I have some questions regarding this 1. Does people care to eat unpolished lentils or cereals? 2. Is unpolished lentils and cereals are much healthy rather than polished? If you have a good opinion regarding this questions.then we can talk about business. 1. See lentils, cereals are a much weight packages so supply chain and logistics issues will be very high. 2. You need change market perception as people are used to polished cereals and lentils. So it will be a great challenge. My suggestions: 1. See to solve this supply chain and logistics issues. 1st start at 1 metropolitan city and deliver by 1 day to whole city. You will get to know people views , pain points as that optimize an devolve with consumer. Then expand to more metropolitan cities. Thsi will be make your business mostly 0 to 1. Then you can think about afterwards.
