1. Almost the entire day if I’m not in a meeting or doing some specific work. Should be > 8-9 hours I guess. 2. 3000 daily active users. 4. Doing okay. Can do better. Just getting started. Hope these answers help.

I think you should go for hiring I mean if we look for way too much technical then management would die and vice versa so repeated tasks need to be took down.
