open marketplace where restaurant owners can hire chefs, cooks, staff for their restaurant. I was exploring online to hire cooks but there's not a single site I came across that lets you connect with them. you've to go the agency route. and I know hiring good chefs in today's time is damn tough. chefs can list themselves, restaurants can register and contact them or vice versa. anyone knows any such platform or I'll think of making one.

if you don’t find a platform like this, making one could be huge. The gig economy is thriving, and this could be the next big niche. Plus, imagine the add-ons like temporary gigs for events, consulting chefs for new menus, or even culinary workshops.
