what are some features that contribute to the success of a restaurant? i just finished my 12th and im drawn towards the idea of openeing a restaurant. i have some pretty good ideas and i’ve been researching a lot for the past year but im not sure ho

So many restaurants open each year and close down within the first year itself. What separates them from the long withstanding ones are: Great Food. Location. Smart Menu Planning. Guest Experience. Owner's Involvement. Marketing. Partnerships.

for the restaurant to stand out among its other competitors should the concept be completely different? for example, personally i don’t think pizza bakery is exceptional but i find people hyping it up so much. will it be profitable if i open a pizzeria on the same road as that restaurant but give it a better menu, make it more cost friendly and better ambience?
