for the restaurant to stand out among its other competitors should the concept be completely different? for example, personally i don’t think pizza bakery is exceptional but i find people hyping it up so much. will it be profitable if i open a pizzeria on the same road as that restaurant but give it a better menu, make it more cost friendly and better ambience?
