A tiffin service app, is there really good Target audience as many office spaces provide food, and why would someone order food at gym. If you still persist try include cloud kitchens (house kitchens) as they would be more preferable for tiffin services

Idea is great but the thing is the execution will be very tough as you are saying you will provide customisation in everything which means it will consume money as well as time.... These two things are issues that mostly customer doesn't want.... So try for healthy one use genuine things and scale with better usp.

The idea seems great on paper but execution is tough. First thing is that since pricing will be high so very less consumer base . Customization means very hard to scale after a point. Also delivery fee will be very high due to very less consumer base . It can be successfull in big cities like Delhi Bengaluru but that too depends on how your execution is. The problem is even if this succeed , players like zomato will start offering similar service and within a day you will be finished.

It's a problem specially in urban or metro cities. There is no or less options for a healthy meal. Idea is not that great but it's execution place the mail role. Food suppliers quality and delivery what promised is that can be consistently maintained taking care of Business outcomes in mind. Then it's good to go. I think if quality and delivery is maintained price won't bother to the customers after all it's their health is directly related to it.

This make sense , if only I had something like that the time I was staying in PG and had to eat shit food from the PG, I would recommend places where lot of working professionals or students stays for rent.

For consumers - may be a great product For the business - may be not viable Entry barrier low, customisable with human intervention is costly and unscalable (AI recommendation could do better job here) and if subscription can be cancelled anytime it's better for as a hobby not for business

Also unsubscribing option is a horrible idea, it eats whole idea of subscription method.

Your "USP" can be easily copied by other big companies,they will not let you in, but if you are really interested in it, your execution matters.

Hi, it's an interesting concept in my opinion, you could consider offering homemade/homelike food to people and market it as a modern alternative to, "Tiffin Service".

India is a highly price sensitive market and fulfilling all your points and delivering the food at the same time making profit may be a challenge.
