I will suggest you to initially focus only on one thing I.e Lunch, based on the customers interest u can add more and u will get better understanding about consumer taste and preferences and about food industry. Moreover initially don't make things complicated like selecting the type of oil etc bcoz these small things will make u cost high eventually u will not attract more customers, Firstly make a habit of people about subscription model and provide healthy food and taste later on u can add more customizations.
