The idea seems great on paper but execution is tough. First thing is that since pricing will be high so very less consumer base . Customization means very hard to scale after a point. Also delivery fee will be very high due to very less consumer base . It can be successfull in big cities like Delhi Bengaluru but that too depends on how your execution is. The problem is even if this succeed , players like zomato will start offering similar service and within a day you will be finished.

Thank you for the constructive feedback. Customisation is time restricted so we have actual Statics what needs to be prepared. Initially delivery fees will be buden then it will be a large profit margin space if the product onboards corporates as client.
