The idea seems great on paper but execution is tough. First thing is that since pricing will be high so very less consumer base . Customization means very hard to scale after a point. Also delivery fee will be very high due to very less consumer base . It can be successfull in big cities like Delhi Bengaluru but that too depends on how your execution is. The problem is even if this succeed , players like zomato will start offering similar service and within a day you will be finished.
