This is great from the customers perspective, but a nightmare from the founders perspective. Mostly in this industry you have higher leverage when you know what the customers is going to have. But if you can crack that, then that will be a great place to be in

How about starting a grocery delivery platform which targets mainly premium customers where the cost of products will usually be 50-60% higher than other platforms. vegetables will be organically grown and only the best products will be available.
