Their mobile app made it a breeze for users to browse menus, place orders, and eagerly await their delicious deliveries. But, despite the initial buzz and hefty investments, TinyOwl found itself in a tough spot. The food delivery arena was cutthroat, with rivals aplenty and operational headaches to boot. Keeping costs in check proved tricky, and staying ahead of the competition was no piece of cake.
