As per my thoughts, app name must have been HungryOwl and it would have been a hit 😉 Anyways, it's all about not giving up and working out when they are already in funded stage. UI is one main criteria that many companies have to work on. Also, things changed drastically post 2016 only. Timing is many times the key factor.
