Hey everyone! Today, I'd like to share my little theory on "Contagious Yawning." 🥱 Despite numerous studies, the reason behind contagious yawning remains unclear. Inspired by a my dream and an approved research suggesting that yawning is the brain's response to low oxygen levels, I've developed a theory about contagious yawning. I propose that seeing someone yawn causes us to yawn in response, as our brain is highly susceptible to O2 levels and perceives it as a threat of low oxygen levels in the environment. When person 1 yawns, even at a distance, our brain thinks that there might be less oxygen in this area and prepare itself to counteract potential oxygen scarcity by making us yawn and inhale as much oxygen as possible. This is my little contribution to understanding the contagious yawning phenomenon. What do you think? Ps. I yawned about 3 times writing this article 🥱 keep yawning guys 😁.
