My friend just got 22 lpa in Qualcomm( 15 base) .. He is 2023 pass out and have immense knowledge and done many diy projects.
Another friend with 13 lpa in Samsung tier 2 clg just , he had done some internship and got many offers from companies
Yeah tier2 and tier 3 colleges don't get placement , they have to do extra courses and get into it like cdac and others else they will have to start from 3-4 lpa Or less in startup or service based companies and gain experience
What are your views on companies hiring freshers from tier 2-3 colleges for 2.4-4 LPA?
Is it the curse of education that a Zomato delivery partner would earn more and they can not act on it? What needs to change here?
