My friend just got 22 lpa in Qualcomm( 15 base) .. He is 2023 pass out and have immense knowledge and done many diy projects. Another friend with 13 lpa in Samsung tier 2 clg just , he had done some internship and got many offers from companies

Yeah tier2 and tier 3 colleges don't get placement , they have to do extra courses and get into it like cdac and others else they will have to start from 3-4 lpa Or less in startup or service based companies and gain experience

Service based companies like Infosys take guys in 3.6lpa for freshers they even take bsc and other Background people but had to pass exam after training.. After 1 year they can get 36 and 40k while night shift.. A friend after 2 year in kpit got 7 lpa cdac are better for training to get the same packages..
