You see most of their revenue is generated offline and from MAINLY tier 2,3,4 cities. And that is the kind of consumer base, that once they trust you, And are happy with your product, they will be your consistent users, so even if 10% of their batches are discounted or freebies, they use that as marketing to acquire the rest 90% which are high paying, and ofc tier 1 and metro city make up for those expenses as well, as prices are significantly high there.
