I will give you an example, In the area , I live there is a main road kinda thing where there's a lot of youth roaming around here n there So there's this cafe there which is always always crowdy as everyone likes to chill there. There food is avg , there r doing fabulous because of the area they've started their business in, and meanwhile another good cafe in the area, which has good food is not doing so good because it has opened in the wrong area where usually old people come for walk and they're OBV not gonna come and sit in a cafe.

I just figured out, most of the children want to go to Delhi University, and they come from different cities so obv they will stay in hostels, and there's such a huge huge huge market there, children are ready to pay insane prices to get a good P.G.
