I will give you an example, In the area , I live there is a main road kinda thing where there's a lot of youth roaming around here n there So there's this cafe there which is always always crowdy as everyone likes to chill there. There food is avg , there r doing fabulous because of the area they've started their business in, and meanwhile another good cafe in the area, which has good food is not doing so good because it has opened in the wrong area where usually old people come for walk and they're OBV not gonna come and sit in a cafe.

I think this problem can only be solved by a good strategic manager in a business, You can test the product in the market , you're planning to sell in and understand what customers want in that market or just tell people to use your product. Or just figure out the best market for your product first then launch it there.
