I just figured out, most of the children want to go to Delhi University, and they come from different cities so obv they will stay in hostels, and there's such a huge huge huge market there, children are ready to pay insane prices to get a good P.G. this market gap is clearly seen, still why so many struggle to find a good P.G there and don't go to Delhi because of P.G. only. Why is nobody solving this??? Please solve this. Please.

It is not easy to maintain, Good food, security, no bullying, Parking space, prime location, All has to be provided at a reasonable price. Its good only who have previously experience on any other.

Faced similar issue 🥲, very hard to find a good pg there, most good pgs are occupied. Rest all are very unorganised and crowded .

It’s true but you’ll see most that real estate are covered with pgs, unorganised players, who are basically locals renting out their buildings or a floor that is empty. Hence all this chaos. You’ll either have to pay a broker or you luckily know a friend whos relative owns such place, kinda situation if you know what i mean. Very localised setting.

Zomato blocked his payment account and this guy begging infront of everyone in Delhi roads. he saved money for his sister weeding on Zomato app and now he don't have money to go his village. Is this Marketing move or reality ?
