Poor people should not be permitted to have children solely for the sake of sexual pleasure. why this way? A child raised in poverty will have a negative relationship with money and education, eventually becoming a burden to the nation. why not this way? A well-raised child can improve the family's future. what's the solution? Limiting the number of children a person can have(2-3).(improved conditions for children) Setting a minimum investment of Rs. 10 lakh in FDs before having a child.
