This is a terrible idea. Who decides who’s ‘allowed’ to have kids? This kind of thinking leads to classism and discrimination. Financial stability doesn’t necessarily equate to good parenting or values

if you don't have money then why are you forcing your women to have kids ? why are you not self reliable to full fill your child needs ? oh wait are you expecting same future for him like yours ? just change the postion then you realise
