Hey guys I wanna share some interesting insights of my recharges with you ... Total recharge done on groww app: 31 recharges in past 6 months Total Money spent: โน 5604 Total cashback recieved: โน 75 My average recharge amount: 5604/31 = โน180 So if company earns around 1% to 3% on average recharge so โน180%2 = โน3.6 And now we multiply 3.6 to my total number of recharges = 3.6*31 = โน111 So the crux of this analysis is company gave me around 67% of it's profit as cashback which they recieved from my recharges. And they take only 111-75 = 36 rupees. So at the end, in many special scenarios we can acquire customers and give them rewards without any extraa cashburn ๐ฅ. It's just that we've to find a cash pipeline and fit the one pipe of our startup model into that.
