Hello To All So, here is the explanation of my paln. as you know that indian people's have dream to buy their own dream home, but more people can not purchase home because of "High intrest rates" of banks. For example, Value of one home is 30 lakhs and bank interest rate is 8.5% than customer hase to pay interest amount of 31 lakhs & total payable amount is 61 lakh. Which is double of primary amount. That's why so many people can not buy their dream home. But now we can solve this biggest problem with our plan and customers can be able to buy their dream home But builders are not getting that benefits on their own projects. But with our plan, builder will get that benefits which bank's are taking from customers."0% intrest rate & without any home loan"This is our main Aim.Builder & Customer both will get benifits & there will be no role of any bank in this process. Not a single person in india has thought about this, and nobody has done anything like this yet in india.
