Idea For You Implement Now Fast So guys we all know that you don't have your personal home and you're living on rent. According to reports 35% Indian don't have personal home and 80% young Indian Don't have home they are living on rented home or apartment. Mostly Indian middle class people who is earning 60-70k monthly or less and their most of the money goes to paying rent , food , family education and other things that's why they are not able to purchase their dream home Because of this they purchased home after 9-10 years when price are high in emi . Now idea is that you're living in Delhi in your dream house on rent but you don't have money to purchase that house so our company purchase that house and give you with some legal agreement after that you just need to give rent to company with 1% interest and when actual price of that home recovered by compny we will give you full authority of home . So you just need to give rent and you become the owner of that property .

Bro This is a completely flop idea. First of all how you will arange such capital. At the end of the day, you will have to get loan to purchase them and then charging just 1% interest is not sustainable. Leave aside this, in case of economic slowdown if a certain amoubt of people stop paying rent then suddenly you will be bankcrupt in days. Also with such hogh price of property compared to lower rate of rent this model will and can never be sustainable. Just do a research before posting anything . Any model copied from US is not a business model.

If you charge rents for such properties then they will obviously be high, which will discourage many to settle for smaller houses. Plus, you need to invest large amount of capital to buy such properties with a long time for it to be recovered.
