Memes are the best source of engagement and retention. My screen time on X (Twitter) went up to almost 3 hours today just becoz of memes about today elections results, it usually is around 30 to 60 mins. We need more memers here on medial, but not to flood it with unnessaary meme but memes more focused on startups and bussiness. Do you think memes will degrade Medial or make it more engaging?

Bro This is a completely flop idea. First of all how you will arange such capital. At the end of the day, you will have to get loan to purchase them and then charging just 1% interest is not sustainable. Leave aside this, in case of economic slowdown if a certain amoubt of people stop paying rent then suddenly you will be bankcrupt in days. Also with such hogh price of property compared to lower rate of rent this model will and can never be sustainable. Just do a research before posting anything . Any model copied from US is not a business model.

Do you know what caused the 2007 economic slowdown. It was something similar bro many bank go bankcrup because they have given loan and people defaulted and since demand was low so prices were also low bank were not able to recover money even after selling the assets. So this model itself has fault. Also how are you going to get so much fund. Also do you know that in India property rate to house rent ratio is too low. Means a house with cost of 1.5cr will have monthly rental of around 40k rupees. So it would take around 25 to 30 year fo you to recover money of a house . Leave aside profit and inflation.

If any people stop paying rent then according to agreement term and condition we will have the authority to seize full rent amount and home so we can sell that house. So There is no chance of bankcrupt .
