Do you know what caused the 2007 economic slowdown. It was something similar bro many bank go bankcrup because they have given loan and people defaulted and since demand was low so prices were also low bank were not able to recover money even after selling the assets. So this model itself has fault. Also how are you going to get so much fund. Also do you know that in India property rate to house rent ratio is too low. Means a house with cost of 1.5cr will have monthly rental of around 40k rupees. So it would take around 25 to 30 year fo you to recover money of a house . Leave aside profit and inflation.
