Office politics will be in the office no matter where you go. Your best bet is to try and keep to yourself or hang with people who feel as you do. You have to find a way to tune it out and stayed removed from it. I find for myself, to make my personal like more meaningful, I don't hear what is going on inside the office building. Like Volunteering. Always meaningful and makes you feel uplifted. Start going to the gym. Once you take the trash out of your life, you enhance your personal life and it definitely turns out the office crap that goes on. Keep a positive attitude. Most negative people drown themselves in office politics. Start talking about the positive side of your life, the negative politicos will walk away. Trust me!
