Find it in small things, such as the smile of a passerby or a beautiful sunset. 6. Focus on solving problems, not the problems themselves. Instead of focusing on problems, think about how to solve them. 7. Practice meditation. Meditation can help you focus on positive thoughts and reduce stress. 8. Listen to Holy books . Holy books can help you relax and improve your mood. 9. Play sports or exercise. Exercise helps release endorphins, which improve your mood. 10. Read books or watch movies with positive stories. This will help you focus on the positive and get inspired.
