This is the prime and most common example of office politics, I think, because there are this small “gangs” that get formed, and give themselves authority of sorts??? for freshers, this is really scary. You end up trying to fit in and thats all, no growth!
So here's the idea:
We make a website which lists all the interested students who want to be listed, list themselves and get paid to give fundaes about their college to the newcomers (freshers) before selecting the college.
