🚨 Layoffs Everywhere! From freshers who just joined to the people having experience more than the age of the freshers, We keep hearing about companies laying off employees. 🧳 We were told: “🎓 Degree doesn’t matter, 💡 Skills do.” But think about it — are these people really unskilled? Don’t they have years of experience in their fields? aren't they good enough to perform their job ?. This raises a tough question for freshers stepping into the job market. In today's world, "Technology is changing rapidly and those who are able to change themselves are surviving in this world " 🖥️📈 it seems the only thing that matters is the "Adapting the situation".💯 #Layoffs #JobCrisis #FutureOfWork

The companies layoff experience employee and at the same time the N no. Of freshers are completing their education and trying to get job so apparently market get disturbed i guess , cause the experience people need job and also freshers need jobs so
