๐จ Layoffs Everywhere! From freshers who just joined to the people having experience more than the age of the freshers, We keep hearing about companies laying off employees. ๐งณ We were told: โ๐ Degree doesnโt matter, ๐ก Skills do.โ But think about it โ are these people really unskilled? Donโt they have years of experience in their fields? aren't they good enough to perform their job ?. This raises a tough question for freshers stepping into the job market.
