Let's take one example, In Ather Energy, Hero Group Owns 40-50% shares , we know what ki Startups are doing well but big players start losing market Share, Plix is acquired by Marico , OZiva is acquired by Hindustan Unilever etc.

Yeah.. awesome example, say now the founders come up with an amazing solution for their respective bikes, which brings a lot of efficiency, but increases the price of the bike, Now the hero will come in and tell them not to take that decision as it would affect their sales, ultimately hero’s loss. That’s my point, losing autonomy, whivh is the strongest part of a startup. Having to answer, and not being able to take bold decisions.
