The TAM is definitely huge, but a marriage is one of the most important things for us Indians, and we won't be accepting anything less than perfect for a give budget, atleast that's what the approach is. And if you are going for an aggregator model, I assume you will be showcasing the local vendors, as the style of marriage is also quite different in different regions in India. So you need to think why will the vendor prefer being on you website/app and why would the customers book from your app rather in approaching directly.

Direct approach leads to bargains and they at time under deliver. We'd make sure thorough background check is done . Also aggregators would be happy to increase income as visibility would increase
