Its just a strategy for marketing bro ,if someone is claiming 10 min delivery and it delivers in 15 mins whats wrong in that ? Thats also too fast. And the thing that we have high traffic companies tackle it by opening their stores in some distances

What about credibility and trustworthiness ? In my opinion if someone don't have power to fulfill their promises then why they are giving that type of promises that's the main difference between Indian market and foreign market . That's why Zomato is failed to enter in foreign countries. Firstly we don't have proper standards and culture that's why our so many startup are failed to enter in other countries because foreign people never take any company for granted they file case against these type of fake promises and practices Red Bull is the biggest example and there are so many other examples
