You can also add their current pain point that came with Ola’s electric bike rides, speaking eith hundreds of rapido drivers, what I found was that the rapido apps almost empty most of the day, most of the business is scooped up by ola, wherever it’s Present.

I think you are from north bruh, in South India many people use ola for auto and car for but for bike rapido is huge in South. But even tough this is a product improvement case study so we need not bother about our competitors. We will be doing that in competitor or maket analysis. Thank you for reading my post.
