This might 𝙨𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙧𝙖𝙯𝙮.. I eat pretty much once a day. I believe it really increases your productivity. It took me 4-5 months to truly master it. I no longer complain about what's there to eat. Because after a long day of Work that's My Reward.
