I believe it really increases your productivity.
It took me 4-5 months to truly master it.
I no longer complain about what's there to eat.
Because after a long day of Work that
what if build an app that help you to know what to eat how to manage your calories count and even when you scan the dish you eat its tells you what are the exact calorie counts are in it would it be successful?
