Methods for Market Research 1) Start with Existing Data :- You can refer any website, article, etc I prefer IBEF org website for industry analysis 2) Customer Interview :- It's very important to interview your customers. They will help you to know problems and gaps. You can also interview your old customers who use your product 3) Scan All Touch Points :- Touch Points are those where your business and customer interact eg Your Website, Ad on Social Media, Your Store etc etc 4) Analysis of Competitor :- Do SWOT analysis of your business 5) Identify Pains and Gaps while Buying :- Analyse that why your customer is not buying your product is he feeling some difficulty while buying 6) Pivot :- Firstly Focus on only 100 customers, perfectly study them, make all mistakes, learn from your mistakes and then proceed further.
