I would say, definitely. India is a place where purchasing a house is a proud moment for them. However i think, it would only work as a tool to help. Most of the people won't rely on it. They would just take that as a guidance.

But there is a problem. The properties which are great in every sense are always expensive. And the affordable ones have issues. Thus, I think, it won't increase the conversation rate, rather decrease it at i would highlight even the negative expect. Solution: you can go B2C. The user would buy report from you app which would help him take an informed dicision.

I wrote this thinking builders would present the report to final buyers. If you are going to target brokers, then it is a great solution.
