I think it is very difficult to predict which jobs AI won't be able to do. Earlier, there was a notion that AI won't be able to do jobs that require creativity but now we have AI image generators, logo makers, SORA etc . The only thing that I am certain of is that Whatever we do as our job, we should be in the top 1% ,i.e, be the best in our fields.

1. May be psychiatry......... A.I needs to and won't be able to understand the condition of the patient in order to diagnose the problem that he/she have. 2. Entertainment and arts........because A.I just shuffles the parts of existing art work to generate new art and think about how long people may feel entertained and connected with the art produced by A.I. 3. Legislation and judiciary...........i state this because A.I needs to indulge in human emotions inorder to pass a bill in the court of law.

Becoming an AI developer

Dw. Anything with creativity, critical thinking, and understanding user psychology — areas where AI is still in its infancy; there is a lot of opportunity

UX Designers AI lacks in empathising human behaviour. Also we are undervaluing Software engineering here, when it comes to jobs with complex problems I don't think AI is any way near! Atleast where innovation is involved.
