Is it like a CRM with Maps?? Platform with local integrations?? Like Integrating the Platform with Maps for Location, Apps like Landeed for Docs, Local Intelligence with Apps like Locale Ai or Mappls, Legal advice integrations with Local Lawyers / Vakilsearch platforms, Loan Integration with Policybazar or Banks/NBFC, Engineers Integration with Local Engineers? Lead Leakage is also another Biggest Issue faced by Brokers. Most of the Buyers & Sellers will bypass the brokers/agents if they get a small chance. What sort of Leverage your tool provides to the Brokers / Agents? Please try to check the recent product launch of Nobroker and 4b Networks. It might be bit helpful.

Yes it is indeed a very bound to disrupt market, highly unorganised.

Its not a structured business currently and there a whole bunch of brokers whose business is going to fail

How will you train it? Things like growth prospects, prices, etc differe from area ro area. And it keeps changing based on political and other external factors 🤔

How do you plan for future changes like new metro line near the estate or multiple constructions increasing/decreasing the total value?

I love the idea , but I see it's not well polished market right now , How are you planning to generate revenue ?

Pure proptech. Might be a little hard tho given that idk how AI will help with solving on ground questions unless someone externally feed it to the AI.

So it kind of a plot/property reviewer. Enter the plots detail and it wil show all the necessary information like historic growth, future profects near it, locality details, etc? And will it be B2B or B2C or both?
