I would say, definitely. India is a place where purchasing a house is a proud moment for them. However i think, it would only work as a tool to help. Most of the people won't rely on it. They would just take that as a guidance.

But there is a problem. The properties which are great in every sense are always expensive. And the affordable ones have issues. Thus, I think, it won't increase the conversation rate, rather decrease it at i would highlight even the negative expect. Solution: you can go B2C. The user would buy report from you app which would help him take an informed dicision.

Ohh. You are targeting brokers. I thought you are going for builders. What you mean is that broker would get to know the best properties and they will sell them. This would increse the brokers conversation rate. Than it would be a great solution for them.
