Hardest lessons learned in the first 90 days (3-months) of building my startup-
1) Never trust anyone blindly. Not even your co-founders. Test their commitment and make sure everyone’s equity is vested over time including yours.
2) Don’t over opt
Unpopular opinion but I think we should NOT build our business like:
1. Idea
2. Product
3. Audience
Instead we should pursue
1. Idea
2. Audience
3. Product
Building a product is often quite easy compared to building an audience.
What are the important steps involved in building an app based startup ? Other than building an app 😅. Like what are the basic skills which a person should learn before executing their ideas.
Like marketing strategies, team building etc.

1) Idea - Get an idea see it's use cases see it's current competitions, refine the pitc
