This reply sounds like a blowjob to the c suite execs. The MD isn’t doing You any favour by giving you your salary that you rightfully deserve. Companies that are sitting on decent amount of cash reserves and have thriving ARRs even in volatile conditions have no excuse to not give appraisals. A 10% appraisal is a no brainer, that’s the bare minimum and it barely meets the inflation.
