Companies always use market conditions as a bail out. Under normal non volatile market conditions appraisal is given based on company and employee performance but the decision makers forget performance during shaky times despite how well the company

This reply sounds like a blowjob to the c suite execs. The MD isn’t doing You any favour by giving you your salary that you rightfully deserve. Companies that are sitting on decent amount of cash reserves and have thriving ARRs even in volatile conditions have no excuse to not give appraisals. A 10% appraisal is a no brainer, that’s the bare minimum and it barely meets the inflation.

Sorry But I said a startup company which financially struggling but the MD trusts him so that only he didn't let him go. And sir leading a company isn't a easy job I know how hard it is
