The unsolicited message referenced the emergency contraceptive pill, causing the customer to express anger and question the company's intentions. Zepto responded with an apology, acknowledging the mistake and promising to take immediate action to prevent a recurrence. The customer clarified that her intention was not to criticize the company or its products but to highlight the issue with inappropriate messaging.
