Zepto sends 'I miss you, says i-Pill' notification to woman; criticised

Zepto is facing backlash after a woman took to LinkedIn to share a screenshot showing a notification sent by the quick commerce app. "I miss you, Pallavi, says i-Pill emergency contraceptive pill," the notification read. "I have never ordered an emergency pill from you. Even if I did...this isn't something that should be missing me," she said.
